Carla Weathersbee and her husband, Byron, co-founded Legacy Family Ministries in 1995. They are the authors of Before Forever: How do you know that you know – a book for seriously dating couples asking the tough “how do you know” questions. They have written and developed a marriage prep curriculum and Leaders’ Guide—Countdown…it takes 3 for the 2 to become one, and produced an audio CD—Countdown to Sexual Intimacy for engaged couples. Each year Carla disciples college women as well as speaks at various universities and churches.

Lesa joined the team as the Office Manager in June, 2013. She has a wealth of experience as a fiancial assistant and adminstrative assistant in the local church. Since 1997, she has served churches in San Angelo and most recently in Fort Stockton. Lesa is responsible for the daily operations and adminstrative duties for Legacy Family Ministries.
